Jeremy (Obe) started out as our neighbor but ended up being our "handyman" as well. Our house needed a lot of work with the upstairs "pink" bathroom being one of the major projects. Obe went down to the studs in the wall and basically rebuilt a whole, brand new bathroom for us. Our bathroom went from a 70's nightmare to a modern oasis. Obe put 100% into making sure every little detail of the bathroom was perfect. We are overwhelmed at the workmanship that he was able to put into our home. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing home improvements.

We had been familiar with Obe's very careful and meticulous work on our back porch years ago, so when we decided to remodel our bathrooms, we gave him a call. His bid for the work was very reasonable and, more importantly, we knew we could work with him to solve any unforeseen problems that might arise. Sometimes, this cooperative way led us to solutions that were actually better than the original plan. Often these problems "go home with him" and, any challenge at the end of the day, had a "eureka" solution by the time he arrived in the morning.  With other remodeling companies, problems are usually met with "formulaic" solutions and the finished job has blemishes that can be hard to live with. We are tremendously happy with his work on the bathroom and are already scheduling him to do the master bath this summer.

Jeremy (Obe) was recommended by a neighbor who had had their bath redone, and I am so very glad they did.  The work that Obe and Tim do is impeccable, but beyond that its the way they approach a job.  I felt a part of the pes throughout the project, they respected and sought out my design ideas, which I really appreciated.  Along the way we added a couple of things I'd not thought of, and I couldn't be more happy.  I'm already lined up for them to come back to the other bathroom and I have future plans building for the kitchen.

I can't say enough about the trust and confidence I have in this duo, and trust in a contractor doesn't come easy for me.

Point of info; Obe is far more than a "handyman"; he is a licensed electrician, does total bathroom and kitchen remodeling, including tile work, plumbing, carpentry, drywall work, etc. Just about the only thing he does not do is paint. And one heck of an extremely nice guy!

 We are thrilled with the work Obe Schroeder (Jeremy.obe@gmail.com) did for us. Our master bathroom revealed a longstanding and damaging leak about 3 weeks before my due date. Obe kindly took us on, walked us through the very unexpected and big job, and helped us make good choices while adhering to a tight budget. 
We can't adequately express how grateful we are to him for all he did for us, at a fair price and expedited time frame. He had the job done a week before the baby came too!
